Trey Janicke, owner/operator, started AC Construction in 2004 as a plumbing company. Through the years, Trey realized that there was a need to add roofing, painting, and electrical to our offered services. AC then turned into a full construction company serving the York County region. Trey is a life-long resident of Rock Hill, SC and still resides there today.
